Wow, that sucks. But at least you know your heart was in the right place. And that was an awesome make-up job!!! You looked great! :)

My dads runs his own commercial cleaning buisness. It's nothing big but on a bad week he earns £1400. How many dollars would that be?

Cleo, my baby. She just got angry because a stray snuck in and started eating her food.

Cleo is the same "breed" as my cat Phantom...I don't think they're a particular type that's really known, but there sure seems like there's a lot of those grey and white strangely symmetrically masked cats around for them NOT to be some kind of breed....

We gotcleo from my eldest sister (tina, 21)'s friend. She came from a litter that all looked similar. One was all black but it had white paws. Anyway, her mum was a cat with the same pattern but ginger where the black is. Her dad was a tabby i think. He belonged to an old lady down the street.

Our family dog when I was kid was a white Boxer. She was named Cleo (Cleopatra) as well. She was a great dog. :)

slayer666 10-29-2006 05:58 AM

Hey STE, that emo thing was great! Of course, I'd like to see all emo bands under the lawn mower, but I guess somebody must like them.

Haunted 10-29-2006 06:03 AM

I had a boxer growing up. Her name was Taylor, and though she was sort of... how do I say it... not rowing with both oars in the water, she was a baby doll. It seems as if I have a pention for dogs with silliness issues. My Sadie May and Sophie Luv are both sweet and precious but operate on silly 99% of the time.

Here be Sophie (a Schnauzer). I had to confine her to keep her still for the photo. She's still a pup (for only two more months:( ).

http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l8...9/P1010169.jpg

This is Sadie May, my first dog that I raised by myself. I got her for graduating college. Best 25 bucks I ever spent. She's part English Springer and part Irish Setter.

BlOoDy_DeSiRe 10-29-2006 06:30 AM

wow, I never saw a dog like Sadie May, she's adorable, as is the other.

Phalanx 10-29-2006 07:48 AM

One time, I was using some of that breath freshener spray...little bottle with a spray cap. My thumb actually slipped off the top of it as I was spraying, causing it to tilt its apray arc upwards, hit my eyebrow and a corner of my eye...burned like I'd jammed a red hot needle in there.
It'd probably make a pretty good makeshift mace.

Thanks!:) Sadie's a happy dog. She's always smiling like that. She's very affectionate. Sophie seems to be just like her. You know, you just don't get the same quality of pet in a purebred. Mix breeds are much more congenial, however, Sophie is as sweet as sugar and playful too (o' course there is some speculation as to whether or not she's a purebred schnauzer or a schnoodle- part schnauzer and part poodle).

I can't have children, so I am actually going to get one purebred dog- a Rottweiler. I want to do something for at least one member of that breed, and that is to give him a great home with love and discipline (gentle but firm). I want him to have a good life and not end up at the pound or on the streets. Most importantly I want him to be want the Goddess intended all Rottweilers to be, a dog, not a trophy, not a killer, but a dog that runs and plays, chews on bones and old shoes, slobbers, and waggs his nubby little tail like there's no tomorrow.

BlOoDy_DeSiRe 10-29-2006 11:18 AM

great idea. Im sure you'll give her a great home, and you deffinately have alot of love to offer I can see. Post pics when you do get your "child".
