actually my "ideal profession" would be acting and/or writing horror movies. :(

acting - is not a solitary thing ... you'd have to deal with a hell of a lot of people .. unless you find retreating into yourself - in a part - as good as being remote ..

i can see how that would work.
If you arent being yourself then you are in effect - hiding.

LOL!!!

Actually I didn't win, I misspelled stereo (S-t-e-r-i-o). I was confused because I remember getting a prize from the teacher. The winner didn't get a prize... 2nd place is where it's at.

How the fuck do I remember the word?

so the teacher gave you the first place prize to save her own life, and then you in turn killed her anyways? I think that makes you a socioapath. something about a lack of morals.

I realize that, but if I were acting I wouldn't care to be around people...it wouldn't bother me at all because that's what I love to do. However, working in a restaurant or grocery store around a bunch of assholes...I couldn't handle that.

Which is fine if you're a social person. But I'm not. People get on my nerves... but in acting, I could deal with anything...it's my dream and always has been. And look at Anthony Hopkins...from what I hear in interviews he's done, he's not too much of a people person either--I think he said he'd like to live on an island away from everybody-- and he's a great actor. I always liked him cause he seems alot like me. I'd love to meet him someday.

BH14 03-09-2005 06:33 PM

working in bar/club is the best atmosphere to work in... i miss it a lot. oh the drinking... good times, good times.

its money, I can make 250 a night just waiting tables. I just have trouble finding a job that doesn't want to pay me a salary for working in a managrial position in the kitchen.
