You didn't fail because of the question, you failed because of your answer. Can you post it for us to read? ;)

1) that woman couldve been anyone 2) we dont live singularly, but as a community. not only is she affected, but her family, the bank, etc... 3) relates to both, but becuase this instills fear on everyone, not to mention when people start doin this type of shit, and are successful, will continue and only get worse from there |
Well, for the record, I would have talked about our freedoms, how our society depends on our freedoms, and how our freedoms define us as a nation. This one persons loss of freedom means we all lose some of our freedoms, and we question the fabric of our society.
But then, I can be geeky sometimes. |
very good answer
from a law point of view was where i was coming from although i didnt elaborate well enough to convey that. urs is more philosophical, but coulda gone that route as well. actually, i prefer that route. much more leeway (or whatever the hell that word is..) |
Leeway? Sometimes I call it, "you can waffle a lot and say nothing" :D
You were right with the laws - but the laws effect some of our freedoms, limit them. They exist to tell us what we can, and cannot, do. Therefore, they restrict our freedom. Man, you could talk about that for hours :D |
no i was being serious. but i answered with a mixure of both what you and baldi said. a bit on the legal side and on the personal effect it had on the victim.and baldi no i don't have it. even though that part was done by mail, it was a few years ago now. I mainly failed on the wording of the answer.it was in the first lot of modules that they sent out and i didnt really know what was the right thing to write. but the good thing is the ydon't really expect a perfect answer at that time in the course. just looking for some general idea on your thoughts on the matter. yet i still bombed out for not going into enough detail into the matter

wufong, i wonder how you bombed it? but you did say it was the wording so maybe thats why. could have the correct meaning but perhaps you didnt convey it quite accurately? hard to say without actually seeing what you wrote. |
