I read one "what if" , on of the first ones that didn't have specific names....sabretooth had killed most of the x-men and it was down to him and jubilee....that was a fuk'n awesome comic.

Yes Ive seen it, but we were going with a Marvel comic theme.

I havent read that, but i DO have the first issue of sabertooth's spinoff comic just about himself....he was pretty hardcore in the comics...way toned down for the movie....

Yep, the movie pretty much gave sabretooth the same treatment Batman & Robin gave Bane...
A sinister, brutal and above all FORMERLY COOL motherfucker turned into a dumb, whipped little errand boy/lackey.
