You didn't say who would be paying for the housing projects. (Even though I'm sure it would be the taxpayers.) And how the hell is building more subsidized housing going to help eliminate Welfare, that's ass backwards. If you make it even easier for more people to get free housing, then more and more people are going to want to be lazy and get a free house. Not only that, but you can't just go claiming golf courses without compensating the owners. (Those owners may have poured their life savings into the course and now you want to take it and not compensate them? Yeah, that'll fly. :rolleyes:

On abortion, if the baby is half yours, then you have every right to want it to live. If Scott Peterson is being charged with 2 homicides (Lacy and the baby) then that right there tells me that abortion should be outlawed. How can they say 'it's a baby in this case, but not in that one'. That's stupid. If a woman is pregnant, there's a baby in there living and growing. Have you ever heard of a pregnant woman giving birth to anything other than a baby? No. The moment they are pregnant, that baby starts to develop.

Same sex marriage - Your answer here gives me even more reason not to vote for you. Because it doesn't mention marriage being holy in your religion, you are choosing to disrespect someone elses. The majority of this country is still Christian and the word marriage (although it's lost quite a bit) still has some real meaning behind it.

no, i wouldn't. i'm a democract. although i do like your thoughts on same sex marriage and religion, most of the plans that you made i either don't agree with or it's too vague. but it's interesting to know what people think the govt should change. on that note, you forgot about death penalty.

I agree with you on abortion its not an arguement that I think men in the world should be making. Can you imagine if a man took a woman to court to keep her from getting an abortion? Half the country would go beserk. I dont have an answer on how to stop it other than education and discouragement. What the Hell else is there to do? Put a total ban on it?? That aint going to happen. What I would like to see,and I mean this seriously, is some woman, who murders her children to use abortion rights as her defense, then people can see how hypocritcal they really are. Ever notice the same folks against the death penalty are for abortion and vice versa. Screwed up world we live in my friend.



I am not questioning the sanctity of marriage, I just think that its everyones right to pursue happiness and that includes gays. A marriage is nothing more than a legal document required by the state. What is important is the commitment that is made between the two people. I in no way or fashion am disrespecting Christianity, even though I can give a million reasons to I dont see the point in doing so.


No I didnt think that you said that either, I think that we are in total agreement that the govt. is involved way too much in the raising of our children, which I am against. I too put the blame on parents, I watch my children like a hawk watches a mouse in the field, and I dont let them out of my sight. I dont even let my own sister watch my kids because she disrespected my rules one time. Maybe we should make people get a liscence to have children because it seems that any old asshole can do it, sadly.

Death Penalty-in certain cases especially ones involving children should someone be put to death, but not all cases. I am more for the person or persons to rot in jail for the rest of their lives. ANd enough with this country club atmosphere in prison, hard core criminals need hard core prison. No rights what so ever, Devils Island comes to mind. I also think the prison system needs a drastic overhaul as well as the criminal justice system. People thrown in prison for drug crimes should be getting treatment and rehabilitation so they can productive in society. Educated and given a skill. There are always those that cant be helped or changed though.
