What I would think and what she would may be totally different things...but here goes from my perspective:
I like to think it's because generally speaking I'm a good person.
I'm pretty straightforward, I always try to be moving forward with myself/life.
I am not particularly money driven, I support her in what she does with her life, I don't anger easily, I'm not an alcoholic, and more often than not I have stable work.
I'm polite and well spoken - I think this counts more and more these days, when it's less and less.
I help people, I help animals. I am not particularly religious, neither is she.
Her and I share a lot of views and interests which can't hurt, and at this point, we're past the "getting used to each other" stage full of arguments and the like, so we're pretty settled.
That and yknow, I've got a pretty decent track record with her physical needs.
