Soy milk is very nice. Very very nice. And soy chocolate milk is nice and thick!

Currently eating turkey and cheese sandwiches on organic whole grain. Delicious!

NICE! Something I try and do with sandwiches is just throw some lettuce or greated carrot in there. You don't really notice them, it looks better and they're healthy too.

Depends on the lettuce, most lettuce used on sandwiches is Iceberg Lettuce which is the water of foods (really no nutritional value). The darker, greener lettuces like Romaine and Baby Spinach are better.

I don't eat lettuce, if I can avoid it. It has absolutely no flavor to me. I eat carrots with soup though :)

I usually eat my sandwiches plain. I'm fairly boring.

And red onions. They're pretty good.

But chicken and vegetables are healhy?? You dont need to just eat organic foods in order to be healthy..

I am a health fanatic when it comes to food...

I rarely buy any canned or processed foods. The only thing I would make an exception for, is if I used canned beans for a chili and so on. And for processed foods, the odd subway never hurts. I get made fun of constantly by friends and family members the way I eat, as it seems boring to them but to me, I love it and feel great throughout the day. I eat alot of oatmeal, natural peanut butter, brown rice, all kinds of multi and whole wheat breads, vegetables, chicken, and lean cuts of meat. My diet may seem repetitive, but I enjoy it as I know what I am eating and easily count my calories in a day.

I can't stand the way food is promoted in our society and the amount of people who buy all the shit. Food is likely the worst silent killer.

Soy milk, whole wheat bread, low fat imported pussy, brown rice, honey. I don't sweeten my tea. Soy yogurt, lots of water. Soy links and burgers the chick'n patties are great. Just got the Quorn patties but haven't tried yet.
