I tried pot a few times. It makes me paranoid and I binge-eat. I also lose a big part of what intelligence I have left. ;)

I quit smoking in July. I had quit for years and I started smoking after my son went to college in June 2007.

This last time I quit, I was smoking little cigars. Strong stuff for a woman.

Somehow I've managed to not have a single cigarette since graduation day, the day i quit. 3 or 4 months ago it was. still get urges though.
