The only thing about needles that grosses me out is junkies shoving 'em up their arms...disgusting...

Needles themselves, I don't really bother about - if I have an injection or blood test I don't mind it, but I find that my body actually cuts the blood flow if I look at it, which is a little strange I suppose, I even saw this happen with a pressurised cannister...
I suppose I do always go back to the thought that (with blood testing) the needle might go through the other side of the vein...I don't even know if that would do any real damage, I just know I don't wannit to happen...

When I was 13 and had my big huge nerd glasses, I was picking ticks off my dog and POP! The tick exploded and blood got stuck in the frame of my glasses, it was one of those huge tan ticks, about as big as a small grape.
