Something from outer space that burrows into live brain matter.

Ill change mine,ill just make a T-rex out a frog....tin foil,a couple of razor blades and a few wire hangers...

something that never speaks or runs, is human but kinda not, they wear overalls and a white mask, possibly an altered william shatner one. Man that would be sweet. I should get it patented.

How about a creature that flash-freezes you, then lets you slowly thaw as hundreds of it's offspring gestate inside you. When you are nice and warm and awake, its kind of like "alien", only rather than just your chest, you explode in randome locations as the baby creatures erupt from wherever they were carried by your bloodstream.

Would make for some sweet death scenes :)
