My favorite is Anthony Wong.....best knife wielder ever. You might have seen him if you are a fan of HK category 3 movies. He does things Freddy and Jason wouldn't dare, and he's not a monster.

My favorite flick with him is Ebola Syndrome, where he murders the owner of a chinese resturant he works for, including his wife and family, then grinds them up and serves them as pork buns the next day at work. He then catches Ebola from an African tribewoman he raped, while he was buying pigs for the resturant from them, because "the white man charges too much for pork" (they are in south africa). Only he doesn't die, he becomes a carrier, so the fun really starts there haha. You'll have to watch to find out what happens next. But its the wildest movie I've ever seen. I give it an A+++

Mr. Wong was also the bad guy in Hard Boiled, the one Chew Your Fat shot through the eye.
