that's funny that the second one got to you and the first one didn't. when I was in high school I pierced both my nipples myself. the first one went through fine (although one of my friends passed out while watching it in his kitchen), but when I shoved the second one through, I had to have a sitdown for about an hour before I could follow the needle around with the loop. since then they have both been removed, but that is still a fond memory.

Yeah, if I'm going to be inflicted with pain, I'd rather someone else does it.
