I've weighed pretty much the same weight since I can remember. (Except when i went down the whole anorexia road...but that's another story) I'd say I'm at a healthy weight, but being a teenage girl, it's hard to be perfectly okay with my body.

Well, except for the anorexia comment, you sound much more at peace with yourself than most girl your age.

I think the thing that helps me the most right now (besides exercise) is I don't allow myself to eat anything 6hrs before I go to bed. Just doing that has helped me stay even. I do have to exercise a lot, though, because I drink a shitload of beer. I never drive, I just walk or ride my bike everywhere.

Wow 6 hrs? Thats a long time before bed. Are you starving when you wake up? I think this is a problem of mine - I eat pretty close to bed time. I am usually not hungary when I get home from work , and I have a few whiskeys or beer which puts the hunger off even longer so by like 8-9pm we are having dinner and off to bed.:( I should try making dinner right when I get home and save the whiskeys for after.

See, I'm home by 5, so I usually go ahead and eat dinner. I'm in bed by 11:30pm on weekdays. The most important thing that I don't eat before bed is any breads or pastas. If I'm absolutely famished, I try to eat fruit.

@Nikki, yeah, I'm usually pretty hingry when I wake up, but breakfast is my biggest meal of the day. So I get up, fix my food & eat. Then I shower & dress and I'm off to work. The walk/bikeride helps get my metabolism going, and then I have a lot of energy.

Bah.... I try to spend time with my daughter before she goes to bed for the night (7  ), and a real meal takes 30 min+ to make... we will probably try low fat and exercise

All the afore mentioned is making me feel quite.......erh..... normal

I'm 6' 1"
Weigh 185 lbs or approx 13.5 stone in real money, have weighed this for the last 4 or 5 years.

Typical weekday.
I get home at around 3:30 pm, dinner/tea at 5, supper anytime from 8 to 10. Go to bed around midnight, up at 6, then a light breakfast, - that's me to dinner/tea.

Weekend
up at 9, brekkie soon after, don't eat lunch, next meal around 4 or 5, then as for weekdays.

Drink very little (alcohol, I mean or coffee), eat fruit a lot.

See I don't get home until 6 or so and I usally eat a big lunch so I AM JUST NOT HUNGRY (oops caps didnt feel like retyping) right when I get home and I am usually in bed watching tv by 9. I don't see how all you guys can stay up so late. I used to but for some reason I am so tired early now. I don't even have to get up until 7:30AM FOR work so I don't know why, I get plenty of sleep for sure.
