just bought (and read in the same day) brian keene's City of the Dead. . . follow-up to The Rising (though, not nearly as good and very choppy ham-handed in the first 50 pages or so). . . but i loved the rising so obligatory

couple of books via tradein on some of my old junk.

a clive barker i didnt have (coldheart canyon or something like that)

a book someone wrote about mycroft holms (sherlock holmes smarter brother)
...wasnt Doyle..

Falling angel. .. couldnt find this damn thing in 20 years .. so i buy it on ebay .. only to find the paperback in a junk bin for 25 cents a few months later.

I just ordered Dark Delicacies, The 17th Mammoth Book of Best New Horror, and Tom Piccirilli's A Choir of Ill Children from Amazon. Total came to like 34 bucks. I love Amazon Prime.

yeah, i dont expect it to be good ..
i'm going to sell all of his books in a sale some day and figure it might as well be a complete set.

i'll need to find an extra set of Books of Blood first though .. i'll always want a copy of those.
