halloween, w/ 2 nipping at it's heels (love the hospital setting)

I have to give major kudos to the first one, but I went with Halloween 4. Its a brilliant sequel. Getting out of the hospital, going after his niece, etc. Great plot, good performances by everyone in the film. In my opinion, the series shouldve ended with this one. It just went downhill from there.

Who voted for 6?? Damn, that is one of the worst films I've ever seen. Poorly put together, crappy plot, etc. To me its almost like an unfinished film that they decided to release anyways.

Basically a rip off.... but whatever there's some great moments that would appeal to fans of the Halloween series.
Shit its better than watching that one with Busta Rhymes in it.

That movie was a whole lot like it. That's all I could really think about while watching it. It wasn't a bad movie, but knock-off's are just that, and they will never dominate the original.

I have to go with Halloween, without a doubt.

That said, I enjoy most of the others as well, except Season of the Witch (aka Halloween 3). In my opinion, the Halloween franchise is easily the best of all the "2 sequels is not enough" horror franchises :D

Feel Free to call me wierd. I love Number 6 because it brought Tommy Doyle back into the story line. I wish that they would find a way to cruve back into the orignial story.

I'm the only one that doesn't have a favorite.
