I feel your pain....25% of my monthly income goes in the gas tank...and I make damn good money! Bastards!

I don't want to get into a political arguement/debate, but until the Republicans are out of office and the Democrats take control, we will continue to see the middle/working class suffer. What we need is a new-age "Boston Tea- Party"!!!!! The sad thing is, 200 years ago it was people fighting for their freedom and are highly thought of, now-a-days if it would happen...they would be labeled as terrorists! Go figure. Well, until then...we-be-screwed!

Dear Sleepless in Georgia,
I'm going to be hard pressed to believe that prescription sleep aides do not work for you. If you are having severe trouble with sleeping they are going to give you medications that will anesthetize you. If you say that doesn't work, what you're telling us that if you were prepped and put on a table for surgery in a hospital, they wouldn't be able to get you under.
Get yourself a prescription for Ambian sleep aide or xanax because either one of those most certainly will make you fall asleep.

Try reading the "This or That?" thread from start to finish.

Sounds like your in love..
thats a sign of true love when you can't sleep after your g.f has been there.
Did you get up at that same hour when your g.f was there for a bit of a cuddle or what ever ..?? (em not being rude).

Yeah, but isn't Ambian the one that makes people sleep walk and do crazy things...and then not remember that they did it? ;) Not sure I'd be so quick to try that one. Or maybe I would...my life needs some spicing up.

If that's the case, and I like you keed, but I'm having a hard time with this, then you need to see a specialist and quick, because shit like that can cause heart failure. Do you understand that? If you're actually having a problem like that, tell your mum, go to the doctor, get a referal, see a specialist, and get help, because if you don't you're going to sufer serious problems.

This is not a joke. Not sleeping is not good for you. People don't seem to realize this fact. All the time people are like, "Hahaha I didn't sleep for three days hahaha." THAT'S BAD!!!! It's bad for your brain, your muscles, and YOUR HEART. It's not funny, and it's not cool.

See your doctor, see a specialist and get some rest.

AmbianCR is the one you're thinking of. It has 2 layers, one that dissolves quickly to help you get to sleep, the other dissolves slowly to keep you asleep (damn I sound like a fucking commercial). I've tried that, worked great for sleeping, but I think I could have slept for 3 days on it!

Regular Ambian doesn't have the slow release layer, so it just helps you get to sleep. That's what I take now and have had pretty good luck with it.
