crappy bosses? hmm..the mary/maria thing at the end of silent hill 2 was horridly easy. i used the hand gun to kill her for goodness sake. plus it seemed like that game was just too short with low replay value. great plot but its not a game i feel i could play over and again,ya know?

also i think the end of the first RE was a big disappointment (im talking psx version here,old school). the boss was a t-rex or something like that (i may be mixing up my games here)..it was just disappointing, that i remember clearly.

Res.Evil 1, the boss was the tyrant guy. He chased you around a room that his "chamber" was in, after he killed that dickhead "Wesker" guy that tried to use him to kill you, then it re-appeared on the rooftop while you were waiting for the chopper.

A t-rex kinda thing...that sounds like Dino Crisis 2, (I never played through part 1, it was slow and boring)...you fight a "megalosaurus" towards the end by running around, pulling switches that blew radioactive steam in its face or something like that...not a bad game actually...but yeah, as far as final bosses go, it was pretty simple.

Just remembered - the red faction boss was kinda lame, then at the end you had to disarm a bomb AFTER fighting her...

AHHHH! yes! i knew it was a great game with a lame ending and RE was what was stuck in my head for some reason...Thanx!

Well...the boss was crap, but the ending was rather cool...I dunno if you remember or not, but the whole time travel, message from the future kinda thing? I thought that worked out great...the boss however, belongs in this thread.

I guess you got it mixed up with res evil on account of how the game operates.

the boss like 4/5s of the way into Descent 2 is the gayes boss ever. it shoots flash missiles on you that home in on you, and blinds you for 10 seconds. but it shoots them non-stop. it is literally impossible to beat. gayest boss ever.
