I finally beat this game i got a beam saber for beating it cause i smoked bitches with the melle weapons :)

Hm I finished Silent Hill 3 a few days ago and now I can access the "Extra Start Game" thing.

My question is: does the extra game have any real changes, like new scenes, monsters, riddles, or is it all the same but with new weapons and outfits?
