Pretty much any song by Lycia or Black Tape for a Blue Girl fits nicely when I'm in the mood for something slow and soothing. Most of the doom I listen to is very slow as well, but I'd hardly call it relaxing.

There's alot I'm leaving out because I haven't listened to that much slow music in awhile. Those are some that came to mind that would more than likely be in my top 10-15 if I thought it through and made a list.
