I don't think their reasons behind doing it are important.
What IS important is that whoever did it has either abused their power, or allowed their password to fall into the wrong hands, either act SHOULD at least result in the culprit having their mod title stripped, to eliminate potential of further fuckups like the one that has occured here, TWICE now.

Not that I think anything can or will be done about it even if the fuckwit in question DID have the balls to admit to it, the one fucker that COULD do something about it doesn't give a shit enough to do so...
