Thoroughly enjoyable a dark horror comedy. Recommended.

Ah, roshiq! How did you see this?

-----------------------------------------------------

Even though it's not a movie, tonight I finished watching the Twin Peaks series with my brother and his girlfriend. Neither of them had seen it before, so a couple of months ago we started watching a few episodes here and there.

It was probably my fourth or fifth time seeing the series all the way through, and it continues to be in my top 5. Hands down. The majority of it is so damn good, in retrospect it's always (even) easy to take in the 8 or so bad episodes.

Wonderful movie. One of the best movies ever made.

The Nugget

Australian comedy about a group of friends who find the biggest gold nugget ever and everything that happens therein.

Very funny.

I still highly recommend this one to everyone on this site- it's got a little something for everybody. Fort, Return, Geddy, V, Roshiq and Pap Noir, I look at you especially!

Big fan of this one...it was actually my first exposure to Wilder's work. Brilliant film.

Oh wow, everyone's already seen it! That's good though.

Visually stunning. Brilliant animation/cinematography.
Characterisation should have improved.
Ending is a slight let-down.
Gives off a distinct Wall-E vibe for some reason.
Best to watch - in theaters.

my last seen as well.

it was beautifully done visually .. but there was no story to speak of. no more depth or origionality than an after school special.

the characters were weak and unorigional as hell.

but it was still worth seeing just to be amazed at what you could drink in with your eyes.

Yep.

I didnt care about the characters or what the story was (Wall-E, Matrix and Terminator future all rolled into one) and thought the time given to set a story such as this was very short.

Just a dazzling visual feast, nothing more.
