HDC people dont sound like very healthy people

This is a little healthier: for lunch I had a Smart Ones entree (three cheese ziti marinara) and a diet iced tea.

Salt and vinegar crisps. That's potato chips from you outside the UK.

Last night we had a curry.
Now I'm not too sure how authentic a curry it was, I'd say it was very least Indian/other south east asian style, the spices indicated that at least.
So yeah, I actually found a recipe for this curry online - we didn't know what we wanted to cook, so I looked for a recipe based on the food and spices we had in the house, and got this.
I want to share it, because it's super simple, all the ingredients are cheap, and really it makes a very nice meal.
This is the second time we've made it, and yeah everyone who's tried it has liked it. Here ya go:
