It looks like an early 70's british, likely Hammer film, maybe a Frankenstein. But I don't recognize it. Hammerfan probably knows it.

Not officially. If you post a pic, or make a guess, you should check the thread everyday till it's resolved. And if no one gets it after a day or so, add a hints, increasingly more obvious. If no one is guessing after a couple days and some 3 hints, then go ahead and reveal the answer and say 'next up'.

I found out what this is with the hint about Halloween... I thought it looked British, so I immediately thought Donald Pleasence. But that's where it gets tough...
