I had a sausage and cheese omelet and coffee for breakfast. Lunch will be a Smart Ones frozen entree.

PB&J with salt and vinegar chips on the side.

The omelet I had was a frozen Jimmy Dean thing. Feel better now? :D

Watched some fireworks, came home to drink beer and tequila.

Not that intense.
