My Bloody Valentine 3D.

Wow. Chrono and Des and everyone else were right with this one.
This is not only a nod to the slasher genre, but in essence is built around the draw of the exploitation films of the 60s and 70s, and even stuff like the "gimmicky" Castle films before that.

This is entertainment, for sure, in good horror spirit.

I didn't say much because there isn't much to say. I was disappointed. I heard "cult classic" and "rock opera genius" but it was none of those. The acting was terrible and the songs can hardly be called music. Spoken vocals with a few high points by Tony Head and Sarah Brightman.

Terrance Zdunich had the only role I enjoyed, but that's considering how many years he has been going the stage version. Bill Mosley was awful! Could have done a much, much better job had he added in a bit of the insanity from Ho1kC, and had a little less Chop Top.

The worst part is, I have to suffer through it again on Friday when I promised to watch with a friend of mine. We're big Rocky Horror fans and thought this would be right up your ally.

If you like Anthony Head even a little, see this movie for his voice but rent, don't buy!

Now after that terrible review, I don't think I'll ever see it.

I really liked Repo and thought alot of the songs were pretty good, a couple generic ones but a few wernt bad. I thought it was a very cool idea.

Just saw Dead alive for the first time. I really liked it, loved the gore and the comedy, loved the colors used in it, great make-up and effects. About to watch Bad Taste for the first time.

Prom Night (2008)

So it starts with a horrible cover of a classic Zombies tune, bad omen that. But there were no paralels between this and the origanal Prom Night, this was a stand alone movie. It's a pretty average slasher though. And where was the blood, if people are getting stabed 5 or 6 times there should be more blood than when I cut myself shaveing.

Not something to go out of your way to see, but not something to drasticly avoid either.

4.5/10

Prom Night.

Nothing to applaud, but it wasn't bad either.

The Room (2003)

This is quite possibly the worst movie I've ever seen, but that's a very good thing. Like Troll 2, it's an absolute riot; what was supposed to be a very serious drama is now an instant cult classic, thanks to the tragically bad acting of director Tommy Wiseau.

I urge you all to check this clip out:
