Some grilled bread, with cheese, and rather a lot of baby spinach.
We made some chicken gravy yesterday, so I reconstituted then further reduced that, chopped mushroom stalks while grilling the mushroom tops, served the sauce/gravy type deal over the bread and spinach, and sliced the grilled mushrooms over the top.
This was a delicious meal.
