Large tuna steak.
Grilled at high heat in some salt, pepper, lemonjuice, worcestershire, ginger wine and soy.
Served with some tartar sauce I made, and a salad the girl made of cheese, alfalfa sprouts, danish fetta, sundried tomatoes and yellow romas.
Had some fresh bread with it.
