just woke up, leaving in a minute for the beach! yay!

worked out, took a shower, about to go eat dinner :)

got home from work thismorning, slept a bit, got up showerede ate a sandwich, fiddled about indoors and outdoors for a while with jobs etc, then went food shopping for essentials and some bbq stuff for tonight....


just don't want rain this evening, got some bbq ribsteaks, big peppers & mushrooms, sub rolls and chicken burgers for the burner.

Was it a sleep......or a kip?

duno.... need to classify whether 5 hours is a 'kip' or a 'sleep'.... then again since I normaly only sleep for 7 hours, it'll be a 'sleep' I'd say a 'kip' for me would be around 2 to 3 hours for me...

so yeah it was a sleep lol

just prepared, cooked & ate a big bbq... was very nice and I'm full up.


it's looking stormy now, and the sky's pretty grey and I can hear thunder in the distance... bloody good job I got the bbq in before :)

I got back home from the gym like an hour ago and passed out on the couch, woke up and showered and now I'm hanging here while eating and watching tv.
