- Machete Rayne carefully chose a hiding place behind a rock, and surveyed the area with her grenade launcher binocular. She caught ahold of Fortunato, running desperately with quick glances behind him.

Rayne locked into her target, and FIRED!!

The grenade blasted below Fortunato's running feet, and he propelled through the air into the trunk of a tree...numerous cuts springing all over his body with blood spurting out of all of them. He quickly took his HPs out and patched himself, and became FIT again. With 2 HPs.

- Machete Posher778 dug a small hole and hid himself in it, covering the top with dry leaves and twigs. Soon, Witchblade Bloody Ribcut ran over it and paused for a breather. Posher needed just that. He silently peered out, took careful aim...and FIRED!!

Bloody Ribcut flew in the air backwards...thudding into the ground with a huge groan. He had enough HPs with him to patch up quickly, and moved out of sight in an instant.

- Machete Return was carefully studying the damage his team-mates were doing to Despare. He knew this was his chance. He locked onto Despare from behind, and FIRED!!

The grenade blasted in Despare's face!!

He didn't have enough time to avoid the maximum damage he had taken...but crawling behind a tree, he quickly took out his HPs. 7 of em. He was FIT again, although very tired with numerous bleeding cuts, and had 4 HPs still.

- Fortunato was bleeding heavily - from his nose, right leg and back. He made a silent prayer of thanks to the one he worshipped, and smiled at himself.

Just then, a shadow fell across him.

The smile froze on his face, and Fortunato looked up. It was the face of his doom.

BLAM!!

Fortunato's body was thrown away...numerous cuts and wounds opening up...right leg and left hand torn off cleanly...

He tried to grab his HPs with a final superhuman effort...

But his body failed him...


It crashed on the top of some sharp rocks, and his head broke open in 3 places. Blood poured out...and Fortunato was blinded by the severe, intense pain. When the blackness came, he welcomed it quietly and sinked into it.

Austin looked over his body...and satisfied, threw his empty launcher away.


WITCHBLADE FORTUNATO IS DEAD!!!

Yeah you guys forget that its 9 people shooting and only 3 have shot so far, so thats 6 more shots waiting to be accounted for.
