The fishnets and "hooker" boots aren't a bad thing. That just shows that her parents respect her individuality. That's a good thing really. And as you said, age is just a number, so really, the way she dresses is not a problem. I could see where it would be a problem on a 9 year old, but not 14. Cheeb, in this particular arguement, when did anyone make you out as the bad guy? Ive read the last 6-7 pages and from what I could tell nobody addressed you until you posted an explanation for what you'd said. Perhaps others took it a different way, but from how I read it the argument had nothing to do with you at that time. You complain about always being tagged "the villain", but it almost seems that you want to be. You drag yourself into these situations, it isnt anyone elses fault.

i've been reading through the various diatribes on this thread - which always seems to be where the venom comes out - and I was thinking - "Why doesn't anyone ever fight with me?" - I mean, to my recollection, I have never had any kind of disagreement or angry words with anyone (well - when I first got here i was accused of spamming - but that hardly counts). So, i've come up with five possible reasons no one ever fights with, moans about, or makes nasty comments concerning me:

1) Everything I say is true, witty, and insightful (usually all at the same time)

2) The real reason for all the fighting on HDC is that you are all so much in love with me that you are filled with jealousy at the thought of others reading my posts.

3) My sheer intellectual brilliance intimidates everyone so much - they sit in awe of me!

4) You are all actually figments of my imagination - and since my imagination won't attack itself - I'm exempt from the nastiness. . .

I can't think of any other possible reason!
