I'd say it helps if you've at least seen a few of the movies in the round, otherwise it kinda defeats the purpose of the tournament.

Twins of Evil is good.... Mr Vampire is so much better. Probably the best and most influential HK horror comedy of all time. This is the biggest tournament tragedy since Gremlins beat out Citizen Kane.

Twins of Evil wins easily, and qualifies.
