Jigsaw man freaked me out.

Yeah, I've heard it is great. I'll get to it soon, I like to give myself time in-between books of good authors. It also gives me the chance to read new writers.

The Villain 01-12-2012 03:21 PM

Yeah that's a good idea. I read Rollo's Valley of The Scarecrow a little while ago. Not his best but a fun book.

Bob Gray 01-12-2012 03:24 PM

Don't have that one yet, still getting use to the idea that you can only buy some writers works online now. I really like going to a book store to find my treasures, it's something about the smell of the books, weird I know. lol

The Villain 01-12-2012 03:44 PM

Actually i feel the same way but i also like buying things online so it works out.

Bob Gray 01-12-2012 03:49 PM

I'm getting use to the idea, don't have a choice really, lol.

Eh, both had characters who thought they had defeated an evil force when they were younger (Although it is kind of inadvertent in Ghost Story), only to have that same evil come back when they were older. Both also have a small town under "siege" by that same evil.

I see what you're getting at, it just didn't remind ME of IT, you have a viable point though. Have you read Floating Dragon yet, if not, check it out and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Got Jigsaw Man for Christmas. It looks like a hell of a ride. If that's your thing, check out the stuff Deadite Press puts out. Edward Lee, Nate Southard, Wrath James White.
