Girls that young rarely go after younger guys. Hell, I don't even go after younger guys. I personally like them older. Girls usually won't start liking younger guys until the younger guys are mature enough.

thank you very much. I live in America, PA to be exact. China, wow, that's a chance of a lifetime. I hope to visist England. That's one place I'd love to go before I die. Aswell as Germany, I might go in a summer or two with my German class in school. I think it would be amazing.

No offence, but I don't think chicks OR guys really grow half a brain until they're 20+...until then, if you like what you SEE, and you can be around them for more than five minutes without actually removing their vital organs, then hit that ass...'cos in the end, it doesn't really matter, their personality either aint worth shit, or is subject to change.
