Pad thai with baby suid and fried tofu. And some coconut juice.

smoked salmon and lentils on toast with a cup of tea.

Pasta with a spicy sauce.

Wheat cereal and coffee.

A jubbly Ice lolly.

Home baked fish pie.

I keep cutting the tops off the iced buns and eating that .smeared with butter
and jam.
oh and many glasses of iced water.

We have been eating healthy foods all summer...

Tonight I just didn't feel like grilling fish with steam veggies and wild rice, so I went out and bought 2 pizzas, chicken wings, a bag of chips and a 6 pack of root beer pop.

I think our bodies will go into shock:D
