But tell me again how Boba can still be alive. I think I missed that part. Or maybe we will see his story in a seperate episode, that would be pretty cool as well.

Wife enjoying FOREVER KNIGHT, but I can't get into it... Seems Joss Whedon based a lot of ANGEL from this, which I also couldn't get into.

HF, don't believe so-this came out in the early 90's and didn't recognize any of the cast names, although I heard Rick Springfield played the Title character in the Pilot movie

Another The Stand miniseries? The TV series with mute Rob Lowe was pretty cool. Ill never forget the line where the old black woman was talking about God to Lowe, and he 'says', 'Oh, I dont believe in God' and she laughs and says, 'That doesn't matter, He believes in you'.

I see this one is 9 eps. What ya think so far?

They managed to end this season quite strong with several good episodes in a row. All in all I thought this season was better than season 1. But where the hell will they go from here?

In a world where Michael Bay gets 4 sequels to a transformers movie and Two Broke girls gets 6 seasons...yknow...I'll take the cancelled show with depth.
Besides, at least it's getting a half season to wrap up.

Been going through "Married with Children" laughing at how slammed this show would get in 2020.

Mr. Mercedes S1 E3-7

This show is a perfect example how NOT to make a book adaptation. Great characters but the story just draaaags along and there's still 2 seasons to go. And the book isn't even that big as far as I recall.

It's the same worries I have with The Stand.

Of course. It's a hardcore story. It should have been told like the movie Threads. But we mostly just get the political part of the story. The boring part, if you ask me. I hate political stuff.

Rewatching Lost. Finished the first season, into the second episode of the second season.

Loved Lost. Days of waiting and watching a TV show on broadcast TV. I looked forward to it. That hour went by fast!

May have to start that up again...pretty wild show and enjoyed all the flashbacks the characters had. Probably the only show that You could truthfully ask "Where Are We?" and "WHEN are We"?
