Unknown movie from 70's or 80's help!!!
 

Greetings to you all,
I seem to recall a movie where a man stops for a woman to get into his car, and there is something wrong with her...She is homicidal or infected or carries a parasite, I cannot remember...Anyway, at one point, the man puts his hand on her thigh(s) and the skirt or dress she is wearing is pushed upwards and then something happens that kills the man, but again I cannot recall what. I was a child when I saw that movie, and I was watching it in secret, so I can hardly put togehter much of the movie itself. Anyone know where this scene could have been from? It must be a 70's or 80's flick. Thanks .

I'm not positive about this one, but it makes me think of Dean Koontz' 'Watchers' movies

I am tearing my hair out!! Please help! What is the name of the old classic horror film either from the 1930's or 40's that begins with a women walking down a country road with frogs ribbeting and crickets chirping and when she passes this particular property all of a sudden all the night sounds just eerily stop. It's a beautifully filmed black and white flick. Help!!:confused:

I saw a trailer for a new movie on the internet, but now I forgot the name of the movie. I read a review about the movie too, but still can't remember the name. The trailer shows a guy going to an abandoned oil or gas mine in the middle of the desert. He looks around and nobody is there, then he find a woman and she is shown showering in the trailer. Then it shows her trying to murder him and a scene where she is jogging in the desert. Everything takes place in the desert and it looks like the guy is hallucinating or something. Can anyone help me identify the movie. I think it is brand new and might be a UK movie, don't think it is U.S. made.

I read about a movie that was released maybe 1-2 years ago-something about a man who was lost or stranded on a mountain and he finds or is found by a woman or women who had a cabin there.
The woman/women were killers.
I can't for the life of me think what the title was and it's driving me nuts.
Does anyone remember anything like this?
I want to say the title had something to do with snow, or cold or ice, but I've done endless searches and can't find it.

All I remember is reading that it was about a dude who'd just returned from a tour of duty of some kind...?maybe vietnam?...and like, he was turning into a zombie and people mistook it for shellshock?

Nah, I recall reading he was dead...like either already was, or was becoming a zombie when he came back, people living with him took it as being withdrawn and shellshocked?

I know I would recognize the title if I heard it, but it was not a major release, nor did it have any names I recogized in it.
I'm pretty sure I read about it/saw it on joblo.com, so maybe I can go back thru those archives and find it that way-just haven't had the time yet.

Definally - Great film..

One of my favorite flicks. You should track down the Blue Underground version of it Cheeba it was floating around dirt cheap for awhile and is excellent package all round.

I'll definitely have a look eh...I've been wondering about it for some time.
Couldn't really find a well seeded torrent so looks like this one might actually get purchased haha.

Well, I went as far back as 1999 on joblo and could not find it :(
I know I saw it either there or amazon and read about it-just can't recall too much!
I'm thinking, though, there may have been a reference to the women or women being witches perhaps?

My memories are vague of this film, but here are some of the details I remember-

1) It was in black and white.

2) The protagonists may have been on some island, being chased by some Tiki God who looked like a man in a tree costume.

3) The monster had some sort of knife embedded in his torso, which was what finished him off when somehow it was plunged completely in.

looking for 2 b&w horror movies from 50's maybe 60s.

one is about a conquistador who is buried in the forest and is resurrected when someone finds his medallion. He goes on a killing spree. second is a movie i only vaguely remember. The only thing i can remember is a woman wearing white short old fashioned boots scurrying around a dark creepy house.

I hope someone knows its been driving me crazy

Mid to late 80's B horror movie.
 

I'm new here obviously but believe this is the thread to ask this question in.

I'm sittin' at work tonight watching Terror Train on IFC and I start thinking back to an older horror movie that has some terrible acting in it but it has been stuck in my mind for a couple hours now and I am dying to find out what movie it was.

Now, I don't recall much about the movie but I do remember two small scenes.

Toward the end of the movie the main guy in the movie goes to the trunk of his car and pulls out what I believe was a clown mask that he is gonna put on when he kills the girl I believe.

Another part shows him and this girl sneaking out of a window and the only thing I can recall is she had on some red heels and white socks of some sort.
Not sure why that sticks in my mind but those two scenes do.

I kept wanting to think the movie was something along the lines like
into the darness or through the darkness or into the night or through the night.

I tried an IMDB search and any movie close to those names don't seem right.

Anyhow, any help would be lovely.

A friend online brought this one up to me, and i'm not sure what it's called.

Something about Squid/Octopi like creatures that live in a coal mine and come up into basements of homes and kill the residents. A scene she remembers involves a poodle looking down into a dark basement and being snatched away by a monster. Also, a man/woman going to their car in the garage and being pulled under the car by a monster. Friend thought it was called 'Tentacles' but can't seem to find it, and now I want to see it. Any Ideas?

You know... I'm pretty sure that's it. From the details she gave me I kindof disregarded the coal mine thing, but now that you mention it, the poodle getting snatched and etc...

Well, perhaps... thing about this picture is, I was maybe 1 or 2 in this, so it should be in either 1989-1992 at the latest. and i think brainscan was from '94...

Its either Brainscan..or Evil Dead1 remember all of his buddies getting possed looks awfully familar! haha

Picture the scene...1978, Gothic Yorkshire...Uncle Paddys house....

a immpressionable young Yorkshire lad manages to watch his first horror film...

a couple on a beach / windswept landscape, couple shagging, then a horrific vision of a bloke in a bi plane looking down and seeing the cockpit was full of scorpions! / or other creepy crawleys!:eek:

Didnt sleep for weeks. NO IDEA WHAT THE FILM WAS.

I know someone traumatized as a child from a movie they believe was created in the 80s. They describe the clip as a woman and man in bed together. Suddenly something that looks like a massive "hot dog" starts coming out of his mouth. (at this point she ran out of the room and her friend continued to describe the video as...) The creature comes out of the man, grows (or has) legs and begins to eat them (or just the women).

Does anyone know a movie like this? lol
