I thought so...

I've beaten one and two and most of three. I wasn't going to buy The Room until I beat 3 but I found it for $3.97 on Black Friday so it sits on my shelf unwrapped... oddly by itself by Grand Theft Auto III and Midway Arcade Treasures 2 but I don't see any of my other Silent Hill games which is why I was confused. I couldn't remember if I had beaten just one or one and two. Now I need to find my SH games dammit.

I am playing GTA: Vice City right now. GTA 2 was my all-time fav for quite awhile till F.E.A.R. came along.

Once I finish this, it will be Black's turn. I cant wait to see those dazzling visuals again.

I like GTA for the sheer purpose of pretending i'm a horror slasher and katana'ing whoever I choose to bits. Fun!

_____V_____ 04-28-2007 12:35 AM

All the GTA games are great fun to play. Its a series of fantastic games of course, and its got everything.

Despare 04-28-2007 12:40 AM

I like the series a lot. I have (since the move to 3D) III, Vice City, San Andreas, the Vice City box set soundtrack, and both San Andreas soundtracks (the box set and the two disc). Plus the San Andreas mini movie that acts as kind of a prequel to the game.

_____V_____ 04-28-2007 12:47 AM

San Andreas is a great game...if only it didnt suffer the notoriety of the Hot Coffee Mod, it would be the best of the GTA series.

Freak 04-28-2007 05:39 PM

Bouncing back and forth between COD3 and Civil War.

Phalanx 04-28-2007 07:04 PM

Still working my way through solider of fortune...I like the splatter.
Not the greatest game though, I think I far preferred the second one to this.
Still a bit of fun, waiting to get into my next "Real" game.
Probably getting the WII next week too.

stubbornforgey 04-29-2007 11:53 AM

em in between..Abe odyssey (p.s)
command and conquer (p.c)

Geddy 04-29-2007 01:03 PM

Heh i prefer the chainsaw, pretending im leatherface...all retarded and shit like running around in circles in a massive crowd of people. While they get cut up into itty bitty pieces.Fun stuff!

Oh and FEAR.

chaibill 05-07-2007 09:31 PM

Sphynx and the Cursed Mummy-Gamecube
i bought it along time ago for 10 or 20 dollars but could get into it at the time but its going good now. anyone play it?

CryptKeeper13 05-08-2007 12:20 PM

Final Fantasy XII. The cinematics in this game are a amazing.

bloodrayne 05-10-2007 07:56 PM

*sigh*...Well...I WAS playing Silent Hill 3...I was near the end...BUT...In the church, after talking to the woman, where you read the 6 paintings then entire the door to the right of the podium...The game freezes on the load screen when I open the door:mad:

So, I decided to just move on and play Silent Hill 4 (until I can get another copy of part 3 and finish it)...BUT, I wasn't aware of the first person view shit...I can't stand that...Tunnel Vision...It was the reason I gave away Torok after I bought it brand new...I can't handle not being able to see all the way around me...AND the controller configuration is the same for Silent Hill, Silent Hill 2, AND Silent Hill 3, but it's completely different for Silent Hill 4 (Items and actions in different places)...It's gonna end up making me waste supplies on accident, and get killed while attempting to switch or reload weapons, as well as popping up the map about a million times while I'm trying to do something else...It's frustrating and irritating...NOT fun

As a result...I am NOW playing Resident Evil 4...

Phalanx 05-10-2007 08:12 PM

How is res evil 4?
I've been meaning to play it for some time and pondering getting it on ps2.
Outta the 4 ps2 games I got, I'll probably be playing the warriors first (how fuckin' cool is that game?) while playing random rounds of soul calibur 3, which, as it turns out is much harder than the first two...

I'm playing it on Game Cube...I like Game Cube much better than PS2 (for a FEW reasons), so I'm liking it okay...But, so far (just started) I don't really like the storyline as much as the other Resident Evil games (I loved all of the others, Code Veronica being my least favorite, but still pretty good)...I'm sure this one will pick up (or at least I hope so) after I get out of the first village :)

OH...But, I don't like the item/weapons/map/etcetera menu screens...It would be much better if they had kept it like the others...I'm sure I'll get used to it

I LOVED Code Veronica. Maybe because I got it for the dreamcast the day it came out and the zombies, the atmosphere, the lighting... it all just blew me away at the time.

As long as you pass up the Dead Aim and Outbreak interations.

_____V_____ 05-11-2007 09:03 AM

A ton of fun, have you played 7th Guest, 11th Hour, or Shivers?

Dante'sInferno 05-11-2007 01:40 PM

Got out my dusty playstation to play Resident evil 2,woooooooo.Fun.

bloodrayne 05-11-2007 06:15 PM

Okay...Change of plans

Dustin bought this scratch remover for disks...I'm not sure what it's called, but it's this white liquid that you put on the scratches (one was really bad) and you let it sit for 5 minutes, then you wipe it off with the little cloth that comes with it (from the middle outward, all the way around) then you spray the little bottle on it (that one's just alcohol) and wipe it off the same way...So, he did it and it still didn't work, so of course I told him "I KNEW that wouldn't work"...Then, he did it a second time...And...IT WORKED!

So, I finished Silent Hill 3

And I decided to give Silent Hill 4 another chance...Turns out it's only first person in some places (only the beginning, and when he's at home, so far), not throughout the entire game...So...

I'm playing Silent Hill 4...And I'm liking it...But, it's not as good as the others...YET

I have played Shivers and Shivers 2...both of em great games.

Havent played 7th Guest or 11th Hour yet, though I ve heard of em. Isnt 11th Hour a sequel of sorts to 7th Guest? Might have to hunt em down.

Dante'sInferno 05-11-2007 09:53 PM

Now playing F.E.A.R.

Phalanx 05-11-2007 10:07 PM

I borrowed Metal Gear Solid 3 from a friend for ps2...he tells me it's quite good.
I havent played any of them before, but he says that'll be ok for my "sequel viewing/playing order" mania, because this is a prequel?
Hope it's ok...sometimes the stealth thing annoys me...as long as it's not as "plan everything" as the hitman games, I'll be right.

Yes 11th hour is a sequel and both games have devilishly hard puzzles.

I like the games but I can't play them for a long time. There's just too much waiting. You hide, wait... wait... wait... ok go! Hide, wait... wait... wait... wait...

Agreed...which is probably why I turned it off before encountering the first enemy...the controls pissed me off too. Not the most patient guy.

Games I wanna grab next are
*Marvel Nemesis - rise of the imperfects? (not sure of the title)
*Tony Hawks - American Wasteland
*God of war 1 (again), God of War 2 - fo' sho...no doubt on that one at all.
*Marvel Ultimate Alliance
*24
*Res Evil 4

Anyone played these?

I've only ever seen my brother play one of those ones, resident evil 4 it was wicked though.

_____V_____ 05-13-2007 09:57 AM

Prey.

Amazing game...great graphics, cool gameplay. I have just begun it and its pretty neat so far.

Freak 05-13-2007 11:30 AM

Spider Man 3 It's alot like the 1st and 2nd games.Graphics aren't improved to much and the gameplay is pretty much the same.

Geddy 05-13-2007 11:54 AM

I'm playing Fable again.

Geddy 05-13-2007 11:55 AM

I'm playing Fable again, and the snes Super Mario game.

Marroe 05-14-2007 01:35 PM

Just got Dead Rising and Viva Pinata for the 360. I haven't got to play Dead Rising yet, but I watched some of it and I'll prolly play some today....Viva Pinata is SO damn addictive.

Assuming you're talking about super mario world, that's probably my favourite out of all the platform style mario games. Never played it long enough to get anywhere, but yeah, I get that it's fun.
Hated the follow-up prequel thing though.

Been playing more Soul Calibur 3. So much to do...
Trying to slowly get into the warriors...even though it's 2player, I don't like that stupid split screen shit so I think in the long term, it'll end up a 1-player take-turns kinda scenario for us.
