A ghost of an Apache warrior possessed the body of a raped & dead-deaf girl to settle all vengeance! :danger:

I don't see an option for dubbing, just subtitles.

So I watched another movie on Netflix this morning called 'Ironclad' made in 2011, a pretty neat midieval castle siege movie. Simple setup and plenty of action, and rather high production values. Surprisingly bloody too, considering the prestige of the cast like Charles Dance, Kate Mara, Paul Giamatti, Brian Cox, Derak Jacobi, and others. Gorehounds would love this movie. I had not heard of it before seeing it up on netflix and I am surprised a movie like this isn't better known.

SE7EN (1995). Hadn't watched this in a few years, so popped it in. Still very compelling and very grim with one of the most downbeat endings ever. Good acting by everyone, including Brad Pitt, although I felt sorry for him by the conclusion of the film. ****

Oculus (2013)
Thumb resize.

A woman tries to exonerate her brother, who was convicted of murder, by proving that the crime was committed by a supernatural phenomenon (= evil mirror)

Good, but it gets average/bad towards the ending.
The flashbacks get kinda annoying and I would have loved a better background story on the evil whatever-it-is.

"Hunting the Legend" 1/10

Amazing what you can find in your own backyard... This movie was cheap.

Deep in the Darkness (2014)

Creature design, the overall story & its execution wasn't bad but I didn't see the point of "worshiping" those creatures by a whole community, they were easily killable.

Willow Creek (2013)

So far most of the movies about the 'Big Foot' legends sucks. The whole idea about the big foot I think no longer remains much terrifying or creepy anymore. And here again, I just didn't see the point of why Mr. Goldthwait was even interested at the first place to make a found footage flick about that tired & old legend of the woods?! I've no complain here about 'zero screen time of the creature' as I wasn't expecting that at all or I knew.."come on...this is a movie about BF, and in most of the movies they never dared to reveal it properly!"::stick out tongue::

A very average addition to this sub-genre, found it disappointing overall.

"Hotel Inferno" 6-7/10

An action packed gorefest shot entirely in POV. It's like watching the horror game "Condemned", but without the superpowers and creepy atmosphere. It's all about action, violence and gore. And bad acting. Luckily there's only 2 people talking in the entire movie, but they're both fighting for the prize of worst overactor.

Maybe this is a better description. This movie is "Braindead" with a "Bad Taste" budget and a completely different story. Looks like a film school project, but a successful one.

Might get a few fans in here. ::wink::

Fright Night (2011)

I know, I know. I'm the biggest complainer here about remakes. There's one thing that compelled me to watch: David Tennant. And, I'm approaching my viewing as a standalone movie, like there was no movie from the 80s. It bears very little resemblance anyway. ::wink::
