Try a turning knife, I reckon it works pretty well for scaling.
Fuckin' always makes a mess no matter what you do it with though.

I should just get a scaler... but I genearally buy my fish already cleaned, just sometimes it's not.

Damn, this talk makes me want to go fishing. I will soon, when it warms up. catch my own trout and scale it with my own scaler.

Steakums with cheese on a sesame seed hard-roll, with lettuce tomatoe and onion with a horseradish dressing.

I made stir fry with mussels, brocoli, zuchini, carrot, mushrooms, baby spinach.. Udon noodles.

The sauce was a combination of red bean paste, fish sauce, oyster sauce, fresh ginger and dried chillie.

It tasted amazeing.

See that was making me feel hungry, until the mushrooms, I freaking hate those disgusting little fungus growths.
