the trout wasn't scaled, and I couldn't be bothered, so just peeled it back.
What I did mean to do but forgot was cook a clove of garlick with some olive oil in foil and squeeze it on to it after it was cooked. |

It was damn tasty still, yeah I gutted it, but don't have a proper scaler and always seem to miss bits with a serated knife.. shame, I love fish skin.
