But not even a single entry had it exactly right.

That's right, all of them die.

The entire Hunting Zone is divided into THREE big sections - A, B & C. You have to mention which section you will be in when you are doing your hunting.

NOT MORE THAN THREE CONTESTANTS CAN BE IN THE SAME SECTION AT THE SAME TIME! Be mindful.


Wraiths, PM me who your target (or targets) will be in the Hunting Zone. Also mention the section where you will be when you are doing your hunting.

The failure to fire even a single .357 Magnum, or if more than THREE Hunters end up in the SAME section, will mean each Demonwraith will be shot EIGHT TIMES by the Snipers in the Watchtowers!!

i thought theo lived through to the end of haunting? and didn't Bill get arrested at end of Intruder? ( i could be wrong since i havn't seen either of these in years)

But Theo doesn't die in the Haunting, does she?

No offence V but we already know that Despare isnt gonna submit an entry so we're gonna get shot reguardless. Anything we can do about that?

Haunting - Yes she does. In the end when she is driving away from the house, something takes over the wheel of her car and she has a fleeting glimpse of the doctor's wife behind a big tree, and her car rams full-speed into that tree. The others come running down to her and check her pulse, and its declared that she is dead.

Intruder - Bill is hacked to death inside the telephone booth by the girl's boyfriend in the end. Before he dies, however, he manages to convince the police officers that the girl and her bf committed all the murders. They promptly get arrested. Then it is shown that Bill opens his eyes and the girl starts screaming, and then the end credits roll. That's the shock twist common to all such movies of the 80s, like a prelude to Intruder II if they ever made one. It is safe to assume he dies in the end as is shown earlier.

Personally, I thought MY answer was better...anywho...

I'm not going to argue about the outcome on this one because even if we did not HAVE a 'connection' question, our team still would have won because 3 people failed to submit on the other team.

If I were a paranoid person, I might think that they lost on purpose to avoid the chainer...

I thought that was Nell

But Eleanor is the one that is taken over by the house and dies in the car accident, not Theo.

I also toyed with the fact that all of the movies had some kind of severe head trauma...Split skulls, decapitation, shovel/bludgeon, burst face, etcetera...

I though Theo lived, too.

But, like I said, I wasn't confident about my answer, and I was afraid I would lead you guys down the wrong path if I planted the seed, so I kept it to myself...Good thing I did ;)

In view of this glaring mistake of mine, all of you who sent in your entries and attempted the connection question, get 2 EXTRA HPs. As of now, your statuses stand bolstered by +2 in the HP department.

And sorry about this late response. My cable has been giving me hell for the past 3 weeks. This morning I took the entire computer apart and with the help of a tech guy, tested each and every cable, wire, splitter, router, modem, LAN card, motherboard, the outside lines, cable junctions, everything. After hours of poring over all this stuff, it turned out to be the modem which was faulty. Just got it replaced with a new one. Hopefully this will stay for a bit.

I think he will be in this time.

But yes if he doesn't then you all will get shot and he will be toast too, and he knows that. Nothing you can do about that for now. Sorry.

Doc Faustus donated ALL his HPs to MissMacabre,

Rayne was in Sector C, where she fired her FIVE Magnum shots and an ELECTRIC BOLT from her Plasma Rifle into MISSMACABRE!!!




Chronogrl was in Sector A, where she fired her FIVE Magnum shots into ZERO!!!



(Zero decided to become magnanimous here, and donated all his HPs to "whoever needed it the most")




Magnanimous? Or preparing for an imminent death?




We shall see.




Saytan was in Sector C, where she fired her FIVE Magnum shots into MISSMACABRE!!!




(MissMacabre lost all her HPs by now, and was saved by Doc's very timely and very gracious "ALL HP DONATION" specially for her)




Straker was in Sector C, where he fired his FIVE Magnum shots into MISSMACABRE!!!




(Doc's HPs were doing a wonderful job patching up the bloody, bleeding and nearly dead MissMacabre by now)




Bwind22 was in Sector A, where he fired his FIVE Magnum shots into ZERO!!!




(Since MissM was being saved by Doc's All-HP donation, Zero's "donated to anyone" HPs were saving his own red furry butt!)




Roshiq calmly strode into Sector B, where he fired his FIVE Magnum shots into ZERO!!!




But the calmness was gone in an instant, when the CHAINER jumped out of the trees behind Roshiq and launched a huge chain-attack on him. Roshiq fought back bravely and kept the Chainer's chest chain at bay, while eluding his other tugs and pulls.

Roshiq survived, albeit losing a lot of blood, flesh, skin and confidence. Battered, torn, mutilated and 20 HPs later, he was still standing.



(It was here that Freak suddenly decided to gift ALL of his HPs to "whoever needed it most")




(Followed closely by Jenna, who decided to gift 10 of her HPs to "whoever needed it most" too)




Someone was gonna need them...and quick!




Friday13thFan was in Sector B, where he fired his FIVE Magnum shots, ONE shotgun blast and had a huge lunge of his sword, all into ZERO!!!



(Zero had used up all his 19 HPs by now, and was starting to bleed profusely. But he should be thanking Freak, whose timely donation of HPs reached him and made him survive this ordeal!)

But Friday13thFan had run out of luck. The CHAINER launched a HUGE attack on him and pinned him down with numerous chains. Friday13thFan tried his best to evade the Chainer as much as he could, but in the end the Chainer was too strong for him. The chains curled around his limbs and neck, and tugged. Hard. His left arm was ripped out of his shoulder, and his neck's flesh was nearly slitted out. He had HPs with him, but they weren't enough to prevent him from starting to SEVERELY BLEED. The Chainer left him a bloody, frothing mess. He was breathing, very heavily, when some of his teammates chanced upon his mangled body and carried him back to the gates.



MissMacabre walked straight to where RAYNE was done with her Hunt and shot her with the BONUS SHOT!!




FreddyMyers found himself in Sector A, where he fired his FIVE Magnum shots into ZERO!!!




(Freak's HPs were saving Zero's skin, much as like Doc's HPs were saving MissMacabre's)




And,




that's it from the Zone!




What about Despare, again?




...beats me. I received NO PM from him yet again!




And for that, he is marked for a very special and a very brutal punishment.




Shortly after the entire Hunt was over, and 30 minutes before the deadline ticked over, two guards strode towards Despare and bound his hands and feet tightly with a long stretch of chain. He was then led forward into a big metal container, whose doors were securely locked by an electronic computer code. The doors slowly unlocked by themselves and a huge roar came from within. The two guards shoved Despare inside the container and the doors immediately shut behind him. One of the guards kept one end of the chain's handle in his hands.

Then came Despare's loud inhuman yells from inside, followed by desperate knocking sounds all over.

5 minutes later, the doors opened. The guards together pulled out Despare quickly, and he came out a bloody, mangled mess. The doors immediately shut off. The guards led him back to the rest of the party who were anxiously waiting near the gates. At the sight of Despare's condition, the rest of the Demonwraiths groaned, some of them hitting their heads in intense frustration and exasperation.




And then, the watchtower windows opened. The snipers SHOT all the Demonwraiths EIGHT TIMES when the gates were starting to open when the deadline ticked over!!!




And the very first shot of the Snipers to one particular contestant, meant his imminent death.




Left totally devastated by the Chainer, and in a condition of SEVERE BLEEDING, the last thing he needed was the Sniper shots.




The other seven bullets thudded mercilessly into his newly-dead body, as his eyelids drooped and rolled over.




Slowly, the hands released the bonus weapons they carried. The shotgun fell on one side, while the sword fell on the other side.




DEMONWRAITH FRIDAY13THFAN IS DEAD!!!!!!!




Sorry, Wraiths. If not for Despare's no-show, it would have been a near-perfect Zone outing. I leave you to grieve over a great team member's loss.



All the gifted/donated HPs from Jenna26 stand returned to her.



Doc Faustus is also given back the rest of his HPs, except those which were used up in healing MissMacabre to FIT status again.




Freak is also given back the rest of his HPs, except those which were used up in healing Zero to FIT status again.




MissMacabre, Roshiq and Zero are led into the Medic Center for further treatments.

Oh come on. Despare survived again. I know he's having computer trouble, but what the fuck? How long are we gonna be stuck with his lame ass costing everyone on our team sniper shots every round?
