ENchaladas, refried beans, and spanish rice. With a couple nice cold beers.

I feel like getting a beer or two. That sounds nice. I had some Thai food a while ago--beef with chili and mint leaves over rice. Nice!

T-bone steak, Baked potatoe, steamed brocolli, and 2 bisquits and a nice cold beer (labatt blue.) THen followed it with a nice juicy pear.

I nicked some vegetables from work to go with what I had in the fridge...

I cooked a stir fry with smoked tofu, pack choi, brocoli,mushroom,carrot,onion and baby corn in an Oyster and chillie sauce with rice... And a beer which I also nicked from work.
