I just simply love this film. As a matter of fact I think that I will go in and watch it after supper! The last classic horror movie I watched this week was the eerie Val Lewton thriller, I Walked With A Zombie. |

Hatchet for the Honeymoon - 6/10

 Witchfinder General - 8/10

 Flesh for Frankenstein. Good one.

You have got GREAT taste! Nice to meet a kindred spirit. I sat up late watching "The Bride of Frankenstein" last night. Such a wickedly stylish film. http://www.deliriumbooks.com/insider/?p=344 |

That is a great movie. Elsa Lanchester became legendary just for that one role alone.
Last classic I watched was Spooks Run Wild. Not one of Bela's greatest efforts I am afraid. Poor guy looks a bit out of sorts in this one. Edgar |

You have got GREAT taste! Nice to meet a kindred spirit. I sat up late watching "The Bride of Frankenstein" last night. Such a wickedly stylish film. Thank you. I also like The Bride Of Frankenstein. I just got a signed photo of Elsa Lanchester as "The Bride". Got it from a reliable dealer since authentic signatures of Lanchester in this character are rare! Well, after watching all of these movies I will now be going to slumber in my coffin in which I will pull the covers over my head! http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/f...annyLou2-2.jpg Marya |

 Gammera The Invincible
	 |

 The Last Man On Earth
	Classic Vincent Price. |

 Val Lewton's I Walked With A Zombie.
It was on TCM yesterday. http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/f...losesShawl.jpg Marya |

 The Devil Rides Out.
Role reversal of sorts for Chris Lee, and excellent support by the rest, particularly Charles Gray. A solid Hammer entertainer. Edgar |

 Dracula (1931)
	 |

Strait-Jacket ~ would have been kind of average, except for Joan Crawford's absolutely riveting performance. I didn't care for the ending all that much.
13 Ghosts ~I love this movie, good campy fun. |

 Carnival of Souls <3
	 |

Murnau's Faust, the Black Cat, the Raven, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Murders in the Rue Morgue
	 |

Last movie that I watched was "The Picture of Dorian Grey" 1945....It's a classic...I haven't seen Killer Shrews in years , fun movie, takes me back to my childhood days...

 What I Just Watched

I watched Night of the Living Dead the other day. Thanks to Internet Archives I put it on my iPod and have been showing it to all of my Horror movie Illiterate friends who think that SawIIIis the best horror movie ever.
	 |

 The Devil Doll. Great movie.
	Edgar |

 The Mummy's Hand
	 |

 The original Black Christmas.
	 |

Black Sabbath. One of the best ever made. Period.
	Edgar |

 The Old Dark House
Campy fun, but not Whale's best work. |

Haha yeah I remember that one. It was great, and Karloff did a swell job, minus dialogues. It does not compare to Bride of Frankenstein though. Easily Whale's best work.
	Edgar |

 white zombie
	 |

 "Son Of Dracula"
	-Lon Chaney jr |

 The Haunted Palace.
One of the lesser known Vincent Price ones, based on a Lovecraftian story. Corman had done a wonderful job with maintaining the chilling gothic atmosphere throughout this movie. A smugly hidden gem, I dare say. Edgar |

20 Million Miles To Earth. Good campy entertainment. Particularly love that creature versus elephant showdown.
	Edgar |

The Ghost of Frankenstein. Not as creepy as some of the others. Boasts of a good lineup of stars, Lugosi, Chaney, Atwill, Hardwicke, Ankers etc. etc.
	Edgar |

Berserk ~ slow and predictable. But it started out great.
	 |

The Mummy's Tomb. Highly underrated. The second in Universal's "Kharis" series, but probably even better than the first one, The Mummy's Hand.
	 |

 The Conquerer Worm
	 |

 The Birds
Dial M For Murder Psycho (Hitchcock rules!!) |

 The Haunting (1963)
	 |

The Devil Doll ~ glad I finally caught this one, great fun and the special effects were pretty damn impressive for the time. Loved it.
