I regularly run Windows Update, Norton updates, Spybot updates, run Disk Cleanup and Defrag. Got plenty of disk space. I do all the regular maintenance shit and it's still slower than normal. I don't download much either. ??? It's irritating.

people who spit. that is a good one. I can't stand that at all. Especially when they spit just before you're about to walk in that spot. There are some reasons why you can get away with it, like if you have pneumonia.....
