its funny .. i'll dump VHS tapes - and laserdiscs if I upgrade to DVD or Blu-Ray (and the release is EXACTLY the same)

but I wont get rid of a single vinyl album - if I have it on CD or not :)

Nothing beats the sound. Digital is great for convenience but vinyl is a more satisfying experience for when you've got the time to kick back at listen to something at home. I love the buzz of hunting it down too.

well, the one cheap electric came with Rocksmith - so it's mine

he was using that but got a Fender Squier for Christmas

plus the acoustics ..


he's getting pretty good!

I collect more of indie/extreme horror films..here I have some August Underground's Mordum {MagGot Cut} and Found., my signature picture and some German films.

Just once watch, no question about it..It needed to grace my collection.

Crossed the 5,000-DVD mark with an Amazon parcel recently.


I still need to get 2 more wall-shelves made for all the unsorted stuff.

Unfortunately, I sold out pretty much my entire book collection last year and downsized my movie collection too. It was a matter that I move around a lot since I don't own a home and storing all of it is a pain.

I don't buy books at all anymore, I just go to the library so I can simply return them when I'm done reading them.

I still buy dvds but I am very picky with what I pick out. When I first started collecting them, I was just grabbing whatever cheap ones I could find. It just didn't make sense to me to keep movies that I weren't watching. I warned my husband that movies will always be a collecting hobby to me. Funny, he even digs through the $5 bin with me at Walmart now ::big grin::

This is by far my favorite DVD case.
