Actually, when i had my kidney stone, my emergency doctor said, statistically and of all the patients he had asked on the subject, almost ALL women who have had both kidney stones and natural child birth, ALL of them said having a kidney stone is far more painful.

He was so adamant in this fact that he hooked me up introveniously to morphine while i was still on some other painkiller that my doctor put me on to get me to the emergency room. 2 at once, just becuase this doctor was so adamant at how more painful a kidney stone was than childbirth.

I've never given birth, natural or otherwise, to a child. So i cant compare, but obviously there are some forms of pain that MEN can endure that are on that level, atleast according to those women and my surgen.


BTW, i had that kidney stone for about a week, and when i finally got into the doctors office, it was so bad i couldnt get up from a fetal position and i was convulsing. Thats how bad it was, thus my emergency room visit. oh and morphine = :eek:

lmao !! now i'm thinking of that episode of "friends" when joey has kidney stones... funny shit... eh hem... i mean, it must have been really painful arioch :rolleyes: :D

Untill you have one you cant understand. But once you do, if you feel a pain at the small of your back that starts like sore back. DONT IGNORE IT. it doesnt take long to progress to imeasureable degrees.they give you morphine for it, so thats how bad it is.

BTW remember that "seinfeild" episode where kramer passes a stone, and screams so loud he causes a trapeez artist at the circus to fall off, lol, ya its alot like that.
