He died in number 2 (Michael is completly burned away)...but they found a solution to continue the serie..I'm glad because I Iike "Halloween 4"
He also died in "Halloween 7"...when Jamie cut his head of....but still they manage to make that awful "Halloween 8"

he didnt die in 7 - he switched places with the ambulance guy ..
