although Jason X wasnt really that great of a movie, it had some pretty decent death. I was satisfied when jason voorhees took that scientist girls head, dunked it in liquid nitrogen, and shattered her face against a table. oh and also the giant screw.

I have to say that the Friday the 13th series has the best killings. My favorite has to be in http://imdb.com/title/tt0211443/.
A girl (Janessa?) is working on Jason, and he comes to life. She is using some kind of super-cold liquid to steralize her tools. Jason gets up, sneaks up behind her, and shoves her head into the sterilization liquid. He doesn't need to hold it there long before she is dead, and he then smashes her frozen head into the counter where it explodes. Another favorite is from http://imdb.com/title/tt0089173/ (A.K.A. Friday the 13th Part V), where there is the 2 mentally unstable people in the woods, when the girl leans against a tree. Jason (DON'T SPOIL IT), comes up behind her, and puts a belt around her neck and the tree. He shoves a branch behind the tree inside the belt and starts to twist. He continues to twist untill her head comes clear off. Those are just some of my favorites. :) |

I have to agree with sniktawt. I like the kill in Freddys Dead when Carlos' (or however you spell it) head explodes because Freddy gave him a super-hearing aid and he scratch his blades against a chalk board and made that loud ingoring sound of nails against a chalk board.

Best Killing Scene
No doubt about it, That would be the Honeymoon couple in Bride Of Chucky. Never thought a mirror on the cieling could be so dangerous.. and now I have fears about the one I have. The water bursting - couple screaming - and the splashing against the polar bear rug. You don't see that many classic kills in the horror movies no adays. But on a basis of what people really like.. I would say Freddy's "Death" in Freddy vs. Jason. Never thought his own claw would betray him like that.

Cabin Fever when the girl gets ripped apart by the dog. The guy gets hit in the face with guitar and the ahrmonica gets stuck in his throat and he coughs up blood. Blowing with people limbs, not organs like pAUL SAYS IN THE MOVIE.

(a reminder of how terrifying Freddy can be.) Alien: -the chest burster from the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre: -the car chase from part two. I liked The Vanishing, love the whole shovel in the mouth deal (liked the Day of the Dead shovel in the mouth death too). I also dug Savinis killing of the grenade throwing soldier in Land of the Dead.

Have a bunch but the one that sticks out right now is Shaun of the Dead when the guy gets pulled through the bar window and the zombies tear open his stomach and start pulling his intestines out. That was some sick shit.
