This, on the other hand, is pretty good as far as modern-day theatrical horror movies go. Nothing spectacular, but definatly worth seeing. |

Didn't think it counted but I guess you can add it to my list too. |

i want to see these:
Deep Red Black Christmas The Stuff Opera City of the Living Dead The Jacket Saw II (yes i know it's not out yet) and i know they are many others... |
Opera is awesome. It's my favorite Argento movie. Such a great commentary on art and filmmaking. Also great gore and gorgeous sets. Wholeheartedly recommend it. Suspiria I'm not as crazy about. I'd like to see Melies' (I don't know how to do the accents) movies. It's really cool that horror movies were more or less invented by a stage magician. Sadly, a stage magician who ended up running a candy stand, but a stage magician nonetheless. There's a french version of Jekyll and Hyde, something about a "Dr.Cordelier" I think, that I want to see a lot. Eraserhead and Der Todesking too. And Carnival of Souls.

New York Ripper
Hostel (Seeing it this weekend) Wolf Creek (Was this any good?) Premutos: Lord Of The Living Dead Irreversible Salo Nikos The Impaler (AKA Violent Sh*t IV) Violent Sh*t I & II |
Hostel
Suspiria Deep Red The Exorcism of Emily Rose (appeals to my religious studies major) Nosferatu |
hey bloodrayne , cursed and red eye are amazing if you dont mine lack of gore andactual terror. red eye has insane suspense when it gets into it, and cursed is just FUN. skeleton key is a must see for horror though.
i want to see freddy vs jason, i no it probably sucks but theres lots of kills in it and its violent, and 2 classic slashers are in it. i want to see salo. |
