Just got it today so haven't really learnt how to play it properly yet. But it looks good.

Picked up Wangan Midnight for the PS3 in Montreal over the weekend. I bought it bacause it was strange to see an import in the used game bin.

It's completely in Japanese except for some of the menu headings and the game itself is terrible. The graphics are beautiful but the physics suck and the game is slow and boring.

Picked up a cheap copy of Viva Pinata.Heard it was a good game to sit down and relax while playing so I figured why not.

I've totally given up on impulse buying games....I do it all the time with movies and have pretty good results, but I always get burned when I buy games that I'm not familiar with. Always.

At $60 a pop...who can afford impulse buys!

From what I had read, it was mainly 60 gig consoles that were affected, and since the patch came out I thought it was safe enough :)

Played it for about 3 or 4 hours, and so far it is awesome. Seems that the environment is so much more interactive than GTA:SA (which was the last of the series that I played). It really feels "alive".

Thats the one I have. Works great. I actually beat my son at duck hunt. 539 score:D

My son picked up Ninja Gaiden 2.........I couldn't get past the third level in the first one.....so I'll most likely skip this one.

Finally found X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse for Gamecube....man, GC games are tough to come across these days.

Just purchased Assassin's Creed for the XBox 360 (thank you Amazon.com for being $30 less than BestBuy!).

Fun trivia party game. Happy with the purchase.

Yeah played around with it a bit at work, the buzzers are a bit sturdier this time, and yeah, it'll at least be fun for quite a while on the basis of the questions database....huge...not to mention the DLC

I was just playing Buzz the other night. Definitely entertaining for parties.

I know, I know. I was just skeptical about it. The only reason I got it was because my girlfriend told me it was the best game ever, and I found it for about $15.

I almost picked up Prey and Quake 4 instead because of the price. I'm glad I didn't. :eek:

I'd say, anyone who likes Bioshock, should check out The Darkness. Very similar in play and art styles.
